Most widely used product among capillary fluid expansion thermostats. Various specifications can be changed according to customers' requests.The capillary temperature controller is another common temperature control device. Different from the fluid -inflation temperature controller, the capillary temperature controller uses the temperature response characteristics of the liquid in the capillary. The diameter of the capillary tube is very fine. When the liquid flows, it will encounter tiny resistance when flowing, so as to form a liquid height difference in the capillary tube. With the temperature change, the height of the liquid surface will produce corresponding changes, and then control the temperature through mechanical devices such as a transmission rod.

Although the bloating temperature controller and the capillary temperature controller are both temperature control devices, their principles and working methods are different. Specifically, the temperature control principle of the bloating temperature controller is to use the expansion and contraction of the liquid to achieve temperature control, while the capillary temperature controller is controlled by the temperature distribution characteristics of the liquid in the capillary. In addition, the bloating temperature controller generally has high control accuracy and response speed, while the capillary temperature controller is relatively simple and the cost is low. Therefore, in practical applications, the bloating temperature controller is generally used to require higher control accuracy, while the capillary temperature controller is widely used in some occasions with high control accuracy, such as household appliances.
